The US average is 31.1, which shows you how high the city’s crime is. Property crime in Kansas City, using the same scale of 1 to 100, is a 66. Property crime includes burglaries, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft and arson. On the same scale, the US overall average is about a 38.1. Kansas City is the number 10, listed most dangerous city in America.
