Little Rock has been named the cleanest city, but regardless of no trash in the streets, it still tops the list of the most dangerous cities as number 8. There are reasons the city is so dangerous and has a crime rate of 9,500 crimes per 100,000 people. There are about 1 in 8,000 killed and 150 in 100,000 are victims of violent crimes. City officials say that these statistics are causing people to either not move to the area and even causing people who already live here, to leave. Even businesses and investors are leery about operating in the city, knowing that the crime rate is so high.
