Lebron James Dropped $23 Million for this Brentwood Estate

5. From Outdoors to Indoors

When the doors are slid open, this spot is the perfect example of seamless indoor-outdoor living. There are only a few potential issues. For example, the chairs appear to be covered in a white suede material, which LeBron and his wife definitely don’t want the kids to flop down off after coming in from the pool. Second, it appears that there is a light colored rug sitting under the leather couches at the end of the room. There’s a good chance that the rug won’t stay clean for long unless the couple is really careful. Of course, with a net worth estimated to be over $400 million, LeBron can easily replace the chairs and rug.

6. The Kitchen

The galley-style kitchen appears to be surprisingly small, especially when you consider the house has close to 16,000 sq. ft. With that being said, there’s probably not a chef in the world who wouldn’t love to cook in this custom kitchen. The appliances are high-end and include a custom La Cornue range, which could easily cost $8,000 or more. The floors are made from natural French oak, while the floor is made of antique marble reclaimed from Spanish villas. Strangely, you can’t see the refrigerator from this angle, but it is said to be a walk-in,so there’s plenty of room for all that Sprite LeBron drinks.
