Lebron James Dropped $23 Million for this Brentwood Estate

In May 2017, LeBron James’ $21 million Brentwood home was vandalized. This may or may not have been the catalyst for his latest real estate purchase…a $23 million mansion that sits just 2 miles away from the first mansion. There’s also the chance that he got bored with the first home’s traditional look and decided to purchase one with a much more modern look. Of course, there is the possibility that this is his way of telling the LA Lakers that he is REALLY interested in wearing purple and gold next season. While we may not know what pushed LeBron to look for a new home in the ritzy LA neighborhood, it is easy to see why he choose to purchase this particular 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion with 15,864 sq. ft. It’s gorgeous and has everything he and his family could possibly need or want.

The home was only recently completed, meaning his family will be the first one to call it home. Plus, it has also the obvious mansion upgrades, such as a pool, 1,500-bottle wine cellar, and state-of-the-art theater room, along with a few luxury extras, including an indoor and outdoor gym with a spa, a cigar room with air purifying technology, a restaurant-caliber bar, and a 10-car auto gallery instead of a boring garage. As an added bonus, it is situated down a long winding driveway hidden behind a gated entrance and offers spectacular views of downtown LA and the Pacific Ocean. So, what do you get for $23 million in one of LA’s trendiest neighborhoods?
