Kelly Clarkson’s Sprawling Tennessee Estate Selling For $7.5 Million

Singer/songwriter, Kelly Clarkson, winner of American Idol, host of, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and currently a judge on, The Voice, this girl has made her way from ordinary girl, to super stardom, and her home shows you just how successful she’s been. Clarkson has recently listed her Nashville home that she purchased the mansion in 2012 and is now moving to California. The 7 bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 20,000 square foot home sits on 4 acres of beautiful, lush property with spectacular views of the lake all throughout, according to Realtor. Clarkson originally listed the home at $8.75 million, however, the asking price has been reduced to $7.5, and now she’s just waiting for the perfect buyer to walk in. The home definitely reflects Kelly’s taste and it is loaded with beautiful features and amenities. The elegant entrance boasts a car parking drive with beautiful fountain, and mature landscape. Foyer

The elegant foyer is designed with dual staircases that elegantly sweep up in a curved formation and showcase gorgeous detailed railings. Marble tile is laid throughout and the high vaulted ceiling allows for high windows at the top of the wall for more natural light.

Kitchen

The amazing kitchen is a spectacular, from the neutral tones and the use of wood, to the tiled flooring and commercial range and appliances. You get a down-home country feel in the large, open kitchen, yet the warmth and coziness of the design choices and the natural lighting from the windows with a view, easily make it a room you want to spend time preparing and eating meals.

Dining room

The formal dining room is unique and lavish with the colorfully designed, focal walls and over-sized dining table and plush white sette-style chairs. Everything says large and elegant in the formal dining room, including the double, elegant crystal chandeliers hanging above the table.

Family room

Here’s a more rustic look and relaxed feeling room. The family room boasts a large stone fireplace with flat-screen TV. You don’t need a horse to pull up to this bar. According to Country Living, you can just plop right down on one of the saddle seats at the home bar and order your drink. What a creative idea for seating in a home bar, and it looks like it’s fully stocked, too. More rustic decor features fill this end of the game room, with stone all around and rustic designs for the bar. Getty-up and get your favorite drink to sip on at the bar, or while playing a game of pool in the adjacent room.

In-home movie theater

You don’t have to go far at Kelly Clarkson’s home to see your favorite movie and get better seating than a movie theater, too. The plush leather reclining seats are as classy as it gets, and the wood used throughout the room pairs well with the black leather for an elegant and luxurious look and feel.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is not lacking space or luxuriousness. Just look around and you see elegance in everything from the draperies to the fourposter bed the sleigh foot stool and seating areas. A fireplace warms you on those chilly nights but when the temperatures are just right, you can enjoy a cocktail before bed out on the veranda that’s just beyond the multiple sets of French doors.

Master bathroom

Just off the master bedroom is the master bath, which is equally as spectacular. Large neutral toned tiles were laid throughout and more use of wood for cabinetry  and the large round mirrors, adds a rustic charm to the bathroom. For soaking, this spa-like tub is a perfect place to end the day. Surrounded by luxurious drapery and an elegant chandelier hanging above, you’ll soon forget your worries when you unwind in this beautiful bathroom with a view.

Pool

The home comes with many outdoor amenities too, according to Eonline. This beautiful saltwater pool is accompanied by a pool house and two separate spas. There is also a sand volleyball court on the property and boat dock right on the lake. You definitely aren’t lacking for outdoor activities on this property.
