The former lead singer for the popular 1980’s band, Chicago, has listed his home in Hailey, Idaho, situated on the Bigwood RIver, for $2.2 million. He has had several homes in the state, but is selling this 1962 two-bedroom home that that was originally built to be used as a fishing cabin and had once been threatened by the fires in Ketchum, for $2.2 million. He originally purchased the home for $1.98 Million, and remodeled into the stunning home that it is today. The beautiful entry is elegant yet welcoming and gives you the feeling of walking up to the door of a charming lake house. The stone at the base of the wood beams, the paved walkway and wood door with long, rectangle windows on either side make the doorway feel welcoming as well. All of the elements used in creating the entrance to Cetera’s home are natural and very earthy, and all pair well with the beautiful nature that surrounds the home.

Perhaps the catch of the day is on the grill just outside. After dinner, retreat to this cozy family room area where a gorgeous fireplace awaits you on cold nights.
