3. The Outdoor Kitchen and Bar
The house had tons of marble in it, which is continued out here into the kitchen and bar area, which features built-in heaters in case the temperature drops. Directly beside the pool, there are just enough chairs at the small bar for LeBron and the kids to enjoy a quick snack when they hop out of the water. All new state-of-art-appliances are included out here, including the grill on the left. When it’s time to get out of the water, they can throw open the oversized glass doors and head into the casual living room.
4. The Outdoor Dining Room
If you turn the corner from the loggia, you’ll run into the outdoor dining room and living area, which are also heated. The massive table has enough room for 10, while the small seating area behind it can also be used to accommodate dinner guests if LeBron were to have a large group over. The floors out here are reclaimed marble. To enjoy indoor-outdoor living, all LeBron has to do is slide the pocket glass doors to the side.
