Kourtney Kardashian and the rest of her family have made money in various aspects of the entertainment industry and have further enhanced their wealth with various business ventures.
While the whole family is known for appearing in the reality series ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ each member of the family also has their own projects and sources of income. In the case of Kourtney Kardashian, she has appeared in the spin-off series ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York’ and ‘Kourtney and Kim Take Miami’ along with her sister, Kim Kardashian.
She has also made money as a socialite, a model, and a social media personality who has sponsorship deals with multiple brands to endorse their products. Kardashian has also released the book ‘Kardashian Confidential,’ and she has a website called ‘Poosh.’
Furthermore, she launched a line of fragrances with two of her sisters. In her personal life, Kardashian was in an on-again, off-again relationship with Scott Disick between 2005 and 20q5. Together, the former couple had a daughter, Penelope Scotland, and two sons, Mason Dash and Reign Aston.

She was then in a relationship with model Youdes Bendjima from 2017 to 2018. Since January 2021, Kourtney Kardashian has been in a relationship with musician Travis Barker. Kardashian’s main residence is in the Estates at the Oaks enclave in Calabasas.
The neighborhood is a gated community within a gated community. Kardashian’s main home was designed by architect Richard Landry for Keyshawn Johnson, a retired NFL player.
The interior of the contemporary home was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. However, it seems that owning one luxurious, multimillion-dollar property is not enough for Kourtney Kardashian, and she has recently bought herself another stunning home in California.
Although it was first reported that Kourtney Kardashian had bought a new home at the Madison Club in La Quinta by the New York Post, the story has now been confirmed by records. According to the records, Kardashian has paid $12 million for the mansion.
An Overview of Kourtney Kardashian’s Purchase
Kourtney Kardashian’s new home is located at the Madison Club in La Quinta, which is an exclusive golf club and gated community that attracts high-profile celebrities and businesspeople.
Some of the neighbors include Kourtney Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, Cindy Crawford, Apple CEO Tim Cook, L.A. Fitness Founder Louis Welch, and Nike’s Phil Knight. It is a new-build property that was built on speculation in 2021 by developer Richard Doan.
The single-story contemporary structure has a white stucco exterior and a flat roof. It has few windows to the front, which will help to reduce the impact of the desert heat inside the house.
However, the rear of the property has large windows to take advantage of the views across the rear garden and across to the Santa Rosa Mountains. Internally, Kardashian’s new home measures 9,335-square-feet, and it boasts six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
Kardashian bought the house fully furnished, so it was convenient for her to move straight into the house if she wanted. It has neutral décor throughout, which gives her the option to put her own stamp on the house. The property sits on a lot of 0.84 acres of landscaped grounds.
Inside Kardashian’s La Quinta Home
There is no entranceway through the front door, as the doors open straight into the great room, which extends the full depth of the house. To the back of the great room, there are glass walls and sliding glass doors that lead out to the rear garden and offer fabulous views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
To the right of the great room is the seating area, with the furniture arranged in front of a modern fireplace and wall-mounted television. The dining area runs down the center of the room and features a 10-seat dining suite with a table crafted from a vertical intersection of a tree trunk.
On the left of the great room is the kitchen. As you would expect from a new-build residence, the kitchen has contemporary cabinetry and has been completed with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances.
There is also a quartz-topped wet bar and a separate wine room. Just off the kitchen and wet bar areas is a large office that has glass doors leading out to a patio area, says Dirt.com. If Kardashian does not want an office, then the room is large enough to use as a den or a separate family room.
There are six bedrooms at the property, and the master suite is large enough to accommodate a separate sitting area with a wall-mounted, flat-screen television above a modern in-built fireplace. The master bedroom has a wood-paneled ceiling, white walls, and sliding doors opening to a private patio area.
The Grounds of the Contemporary Property
Kardashian’s home is set behind locked gates that lead through to a courtyard area that has artificial turf, drought-resistant plants, and palm trees. The property is built around a courtyard that has more artificial turf, palm trees, and a paved seating area set around a firepit.
However, most of the 0.84-acres of grounds are to the property’s rear. Due to the central position of the courtyard, the surrounding walls offer plenty of shade.
Stepping through the sliding doors from the great room is a large covered loggia with an outdoor kitchen, strip lighting, a television, a seating area, a dining suite, shelving, and storage cupboards.
Beyond the loggia, there is a small terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxing in the California sunshine. Central to the backyard is a large swimming pool that runs the full length of the garden.
From the infinity-edged pool, there are spectacular views out to the Santa Rosa Mountains. Running alongside either side of the pool are palm trees and emerald green artificial turf. White walls separate the grounds from the neighboring properties.
