Another Glimpse at the Cabanas
The three cabanas, by the way, are situated adjacent to the sand-bottom pool. The cabana tents, as well as the couch covers, are by Sunbrella. Each cabana includes a flatscreen TV, which is oddly mounted above the couch, making it impossible for anyone sitting there to see. Yes, there are two chairs situated opposite the TV, but it seems like the couch would be a more comfy spot for TV watching.
The Outdoor Screening Room
Unlike most other millionaires, Marc opted to have his screening room outside in one of the estate’s entertainment pavilions. Of course, the pavilion is covered to protect the electronic equipment, as well as the flooring, which appears to be wood, sand, or even a plush carpet, depending on what angle you are looking at it from. Sapele wood screens have been used to partially enclose the space and block out some of the sun. Instead of traditional recliners, Marc opted for tiered couches to ensure plenty of seating for guests. They are covered with vibrantly colored Sunbrella fabrics.
