The property is Hermosa in Los Angeles’ South Bay. It sits in an elevated position on a plot of more than half an acre at the top of the hill. Inside the Luxurious Property

Most of the main level has an open plan design, which gives the property the sense of having even more space. Some features run throughout the property, such as the wide-planked hardwood floors, the large windows, and the white walls. However, each room also has unique features, and the ceilings vary from one area to the next, which defines the different spaces and creates points of interest. For example, in the formal open-plan living and dining room, the ceilings create clarity for the differing spaces. While the living area has a beamed ceiling, the dining section of the room has an arched ceiling, In the formal living room, the furniture is arranged around a fireplace, and there are double doors opening out onto the terrace. Further living space is provided by the large family and games room, which is on the lower level of the house and is reached via a spiral staircase. It is a vast space with a tiled floor and a beamed ceiling. There is enough room to accommodate a living area that is set up in front of a huge, wall-mounted television screen, a pool table, and a stone-topped wet bar. From the family room, there are double doors leading to a patio area outside.

Adjacent to the family and games room is a wine cellar that holds 1,000 wine bottles. A further kitchen is found in the guest house. In the property’s main kitchen, there is cream cabinetry on the walls and white marble countertops, while the island has natural wood cabinets topped with a dark gray marble countertop. The island houses a second sink, and it also acts as an informal dining space as it is surrounded by breakfast bar stools. From the kitchen, there are double doors leading out onto the outdoor dining deck. Just off the kitchen is a small, informal lounge with double doors, and it overlooks the terrace. There are four bedrooms in the main property, and the master suite is the largest and most luxurious of these. The master suite has a fireplace, a vaulted, beamed ceiling, and double doors leading out to the balcony. An ensuite bathroom leads from the master bedroom, and it has a vanity unit with double sinks and a double shower with gray tiled walls. A white wall encloses the front of the three-story property, which is entered via a gated driveway. To the rear of the property, steps lead down to a stone-paved terrace surrounding a Grecian-inspired outdoor swimming pool. There is also a curved external staircase leading from the upper level of the property that gives access to the pool area. Mature trees surround the pool and patio area. At one side of the pool is a glass-walled pavilion that has a fireplace. It also boasts a unique glass floor that looks into the covered patio that sits below. To the other side of the pool, there is a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and a partially-covered patio with comfortable settees, and a decked alfresco dining area. A further patio area runs along the side of the house.
