Ariana Grande’s Former $14 Million Mansion
Ariana Grande began her career in entertainment in 2008, and she has since taken the music industry by storm. Although she began her career in music when she appeared in a Broadway musical at the age of just 15, she soon became better known as an actress. In terms of her acting career, she is best known for playing Cat Valentine in the Nickelodeon series ‘Victorious’ and its spin-off’ Sam & Cat.’
At the same time, Ariana Grande began posting videos of herself singing on YouTube, and her singing talents did not go unnoticed. She signed with Republic Records in 2011 and released her debut album two years later.
Grande has gone on to release six studio albums, 52 singles, one remix album, one compilation album, one live album, two Eps, and 15 promotional singles. She has won multiple awards for her music.
The actress and singer’s success in both television and the music industry means that she has become a wealthy woman. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Ariana Grande’s net worth is estimated at $200 million. Ariana Grande is not scared to splash her well-earned cash, and one way that she has spent her money in recent years is on property.
However, she has a tendency to spot a property she likes, buy it, and then sell it on very quickly. Her most recent property sale is a home in the Hollywood Hills, which has reportedly sold for $14 million.
Ariana Grande’s Recent Real Estate Activities
Earlier in 2021, Ariana Grande moved to a smaller house in the Bird Streets neighborhood of Los Angeles. The singer bought the estate, which is hidden from sight behind trees, for $9 million. Initially, it was believed that she had bought a teardown, as the only photographs available of the property showed a house in poor condition set in overgrown grounds.
However, it was later revealed that the property had undergone a full renovation prior to Grande making her purchase. Grande’s vacation home is a mansion in Montecito that she bought shortly before her wedding from Ellen DeGeneres.
Fans got a glimpse of the interior of her home when the singer posted pictures of her wedding to real estate agent Dalton Gomez on Instagram, as the wedding had taken place in Grande’s Montecito home.
The photographs were the most viewed and liked photographs on the social media platform of all time, as they received more than 25 million likes. The most recent property bought and sold by Ariana Grande is a contemporary home in the Bird Streets neighborhood that was built on speculation in 2018 by the Woodbridge Group.
She bought the property in the summer of 2020 for $13.7 million, says Dirt.com. The house has a multi-level layout and measures just under 10,100-square-feet, and it sits in a hillside position on a lot of 0.35-acres. It has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Grande has sold the property for $14 million, although the buyer was unknown.
Inside the Singer’s Former Mansion
There is a modern atrium leading into a glass entry through the contemporary, double metal doors at the front of the house. From the glass entryway, there are formal dining and living areas on the house’s lower floor.
All that separates the living and dining room is a dual-sided fireplace, so there is an open-plan feeling to the lower floor. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors leading to a paved balcony with steps leading down to the garden.
There is classy outdoor furniture on the covered balcony where the new owner can sit and enjoy the views. On one wall of the gourmet kitchen, there are both lower and wall cupboards for storage, a black countertop, a double range, and a dramatic black wood-effect backsplash.
Along the opposite wall, there is lower storage topped with a bench that sits below a huge window that floods the kitchen with natural light. To the center of the kitchen is a large kitchen island that features the same material as the backsplash and a sink. The kitchen also boasts Miele appliances.
There are also many bonus rooms on the ground floor of this mansion. Some of these include a movie theater, a wine closet, a wet bar, a gym, and massage and sauna facilities.
Therefore, the new homeowners have plenty of ways they can spend their leisure time in this outstanding home. Of the four bedrooms in this house, the master suite is the largest and most impressive as it takes up the entire penthouse level of the property. It is an irregularly shaped room that has walls of glass and glass sliding doors that overlook the garden and the surrounding area.
The spacious bedroom has enough room for a separate sitting area at one end. It also features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath in front of a window and an expansive walk-in closet with custom shelving.
A notable feature of the house is the high level of security. As security was a huge concern for Ariana Grande, she upgraded the home’s security features. Her upgrades included replacing the glass in the Fleetwood glass sliding doors with reinforced bulletproof glass.
The Grounds of the Bird Streets Pad
Ariana Grande’s former home sits on a lot of 0.35-acres, although the hillside position of the property means it does not have a large grassy garden. However, it does have plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing in the sunshine.
There is a spacious patio that is ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out enjoying the fresh air to the rear. The main feature of the rear garden is an L-shaped infinity-edged pool that overlooks the valley that sits below. At the front of the house, gates separate the property from the street. Beyond the gates, an atrium leads to the home’s glass front door.
