And, with luxury home prices rising 7.5 percent in 2017 from 2016, you can rest assured that the prices aren’t coming down anytime soon. To give you an idea of just what you can find among Miami’s most elite properties, here are the 20 most expensive homes in Miami.
Before we get started, you should know that only homes with a Miami or Miami Beach address are included in this list. Although homes in Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, and Sunny Isles are technically in the Miami area, they have not been included.
