Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady’s $40 Million House in Los Angeles
Whether you’re a huge fan of Tom Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, or can’t stand them, there’s a good chance that their Los Angeles mansion will shock you. Built using as many recycled materials as possible and designed to minimize their impact on the earth, the home is incredibly eco-friendly, but it is also impeccably decorated.
About the House
Located in L.A.’s affluent Brentwood neighborhood, Tom and Gisele’s 14,000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 9-bathroom French Chateau inspired mansion sits on 4 acres of land. Thanks to a moat, winding cobblestone driveway and pathways, lush gardens, ponds, and even a waterfall, the entire estate has an Old World ambiance. However, it is far from old and includes all the latest technology. Constructed over a 4-year period, the mansion relies on solar panels for electricity and features gray-water technology for irrigation, along with a designated area for composting.
The home was designed specifically to the couple’s taste by award-winning architect, Richard Landry, who is often referred to as the “king of the megamansion.” After completion, Joan Behnke, also known as “the billionaire whisperer” was brought to create an interior that was “a comfortable house, not a style statement.”
When the property was finally complete, the couple turned to Architectural Digest to show it off to the world. Now, it’s your turn to see it. Here are 20 photos of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s mansion.
