Zuri Hall Buys $1.3 Million Woodland Hills Modern

Zuri Hall is an entertainment reporter, television personality, actress, and producer. She is best known for her work as a correspondent for NBC’s ‘Access Hollywood’ and for being a sideline reporter for ‘American Ninja Warrior.’ Hall has gradually climbed her way up the career ladder in the entertainment industry. She grew up in Ohio and studied communications with a minor in theater at Ohio State University. She began her career as a commercial actress appearing in advertisements, then worked at various local television stations before moving to Los Angeles for her career. She got her break when she began hosting various specials and after-shows on MTV, then moved to E! to become a daily correspondent between 2015 and 2019. Since 2019, she has worked in her two roles at NBC. Social media has also played a role in Zuri Hall’s current success. She launched her own YouTube channel, called ‘Hey Zuri Hall’ that has over 110,000 subscribers. In her vlogs, Hall talks about life, love, and fashion. Hall also has more than 130,000 followers on her Instagram account. As her career has advanced and she is now in a financially stable situation, Zuri Hall has purchased her first home. While most people have a very limited budget when buying their first property, Hall is in the fortunate position of being able to splash the cash a little and has spent $1.3 million on her new home in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.

An Overview of Zuri Hall’s First Home

Halls’s new home was built in 1990 and measures 3,322-square-feet internally. It boasts three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and the house sits on a plot measuring 5,534-square-feet. Therefore, there is plenty of space for Hall and her long-time boyfriend Sean Culkin, an NFL player. The property is in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Woodland Hills in Los Angeles and sits in an elevated position nestled into the hillside.

The Interior of the Woodland Hills Property

From the front of the house, double doors lead into the hallway of the currently unfurnished property. The hallway is on the middle level of the three-story property, so there are staircases from the hallway leading both up and down to the property’s upper and lower levels. The hallway, which has white walls, leads straight through to the house’s main living area. At one end of the room, there are gray and white walls and a fireplace, above which is a wall-mounted television. To the other end of the room, the walls are white, and there are dual-aspect sliding doors leading out onto the balcony. This end of the main living space is the ideal area to use as a dining room. On the lower level, there is a cozy family room with a fireplace and a wet bar. From the family room, there are sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. To the side of the staircase that leads into the family room, there is a hallway with a door leading to the property’s exterior.

The lower story of the property is split level, so there are steps leading from the family room up to a kitchen that has a distinct 90s-style, with white cabinetry and granite countertops. Despite the slightly dated look, the kitchen is in tip-top condition and boasts high-end stainless steel appliances. There is an island to the center of the kitchen, and there are tiled floors and ceiling spotlights. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen, which offers an informal dining area. It has a bright red accent wall that might not necessarily suit everyone’s tastes, and there are double doors that lead to the balcony. All three bedrooms in the property share the same color scheme and have gray carpeting. The master bedroom is the largest of the property’s three bedrooms, and it boasts a fireplace that gives it a warming and homely feel. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom that has undergone a recent upgrade. There are now recently added stone surfaces around the built-in tub, says Dirt.com. Hall’s new home also boasts a home office, which is ideal if she plans to work from home at all. It also gives her the option to use the room for various other purposes. The home office houses the property’s second wet bar.

The Outdoor Space at Hall’s New Pad

Although Hall’s new home sits on a sizeable plot, there is very little usable outdoor space. The front of the property sits almost directly on the street, so there is no front garden. Despite its street-front position, it is on a quiet lane with very little passing footfall or traffic. On most days, only neighbors who live further down the lane will walk or drive past Hall’s property. Therefore, privacy and security are not major concerns. To the rear of the property, the grounds are on a steep inclination that is predominantly unusable due to the house’s hillside position. The land to the rear is typical of a California hillside, with shrubland and trees. Therefore, most of the outdoor space is in the form of various terraces and balconies on the property. There is a rooftop terrace at the top of the house that has 360-degree views of the San Fernando Valley. It is set up with a Jacuzzi and various pieces of furniture. It is the perfect spot for Hall to enjoy soaking in the Jacuzzi, alfresco dining, or entertaining friends and family. At a lower level, a balcony wraps around the rear and sides of the house, and it is accessed from several rooms in the house. At various points on the balcony, there are seating and dining areas from which Hall can sit and enjoy the views. A staircase leads from the balcony to the rooftop terrace.
