Shakira’s Former Miami Beach Mansion That Sold For $13 Million
Famous singer Shakira is saying good bye to her Miami Beach mansion, after initially asking for the “puny” amount of almost $15 million for it, but then cutting $2 million from that sum. The estate is situated in North Bay Road and was bought by the artist back in 2001 for $3.38 million. The profit is justified, as Shakira added some improvements to the residence, which was built in 1951 and received lots of enhancements with the passing of time.
The simplistic, but extremely luxurious and elegant estate measures 8,355 square feet of which 2000 were added by the aforementioned artist. It offers six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, master suite, a gym, a guest house, pool and a private boat dock.
