Robert Pattinson puts his Los Feliz residence on the market for $6.75 million, after purchasing from basketball legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar back in 2011 for $6.275. The impressive house was built in 1922 and it is placed on a 1.5 acre lot. Judging on that, it surprises us to find out it only has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Yet, the outdoor gardens and lounge areas, the lagoon pool and the overall city views worth more than any indoor space.
It sure has a significant Spanish influence that we recognize both in the outdoors, but in the indoors as well. Traditional elements such as the old inspired furniture and lighting, the rugs, palm trees, gold curved ceilings and visible beams or detailed doors project our mind into an idyllic Spanish décor. So, not only that it’s Robert Pattinson’s residence, but it’s an exquisite demonstration of style, too.
