One other important thing to know about the foxglove plant is that it does not do very well in zones which have excessively high temperatures and high humidity. That being said, the Foxglove does much better in climates that have cooler temperatures, or milder temperatures, year round. This will allow them to recede for you, and to keep from entangling their stocks into each other as well. When it comes to pruning, make sure to never deadhead these plants, or remove their withered blooms, or they will prevent them from reseeding altogether.

The Foxglove plant does indeed have a beautiful bloom, coming in a variety of colors such as pink, orange, yellow, and white; it is also a great plant for attracting hummingbirds if that is something that appeals to you.
