Bradley Cooper Lands $4.8 Million Pacific Palisades Property

Bradley Cooper has recently expanded his real estate portfolio from three properties to four, as it has been reported that he has splashed out on a new home in Pacific Palisades. The purchase is a sign of Cooper’s ongoing and growing success in the entertainment industry. Award-winning actor and filmmaker Bradley Cooper began his career in 1999, and he made his film debut in the 2001 comedy ‘Wet Hot American Summer.’ He did not achieve international fame and success until the end of the 2000s. His breakthrough role was in the 2009 comedy film ‘The Hangover,’ a role that he resumed in 2011 and 2013 for the film’s two sequels.

Other comedy films in which he has had roles include ‘Wedding Crashers,’ ‘Silver Linings Playbook,’ and ‘American Hustle.’ Bradley Cooper has also taken on serious acting roles in films such as ‘American Sniper’ and ‘A Star Is Born,’ the latter of which he also produced. In 2019, he produced the film ‘Joker.’ The actor has some upcoming projects planned, including Guillermo Del Toro’s thriller ‘Nightmare Alley,’ an untitled Paul Thomas project, and several high-profile films. He is also writing, directing, and appearing in the Netflix musical biopic ‘Maestro,’ which is about the life and work of composer and conductor Leonard Bernstein. In his personal life, Cooper was married to actress Jennifer Esposito for just four months between 2006 and 2007. The actor then had relationships with high-profile women, including actress Zoe Saldana and model Suki Waterhouse. Cooper was in a long-term relationship with Russian model Irina Shayk from 2015 and 2019, and the former couple has a daughter together, Lea de Seine, who was born in 2019.

Cooper’s Properties

Due to his career success, Wealthy Gorilla says that Bradley Cooper’s net worth is now $100 million. One way that he has invested his wealth is in real estate, including properties on both coasts of the United States. Along the East Coast, Cooper owns a contemporary bungalow in Venice that he bought for $1.2 million in 2004. The actor also owns a $4.7 million contemporary house in the Rustic Canyon neighborhood of Pacific Palisades. Although Bradley Cooper owns several properties on the East Coast, he spent most of 2020 living on the East Coast in his New York City townhouse. He remained cooped up in the West Village residence with his elderly mother and toddler daughter throughout most of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cooper paid $18 million for the five-story red brick townhouse in 2018. It boasts between four and six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a full-level devoted to the master suite, and gourmet kitchen, a media room in the basement, and a lounge with a door leading out to the 50-foot rear garden. Before Cooper bought the townhouse, it had been a rental with a price tag of $50,000 a month. However, it seems he was keeping an eye on the Los Angeles real estate market during that time, looking for potential properties for himself. The effort was worthwhile, as he has recently bought himself a second property in Pacific Palisades. He has paid $4.8 million for the off-the-market property in the coastal community. The seller of the house has not been named.

A Summary of Bradley Cooper’s New Home

Details of Bradley Cooper’s new home are limited, as it was never officially listed on the open market. Unfortunately, this means that there are no photographs of the property’s interior. However, there are some general details about the property from when it was listed on the open market in 2015, says Dirt.com, including information about its location and size. There are also some photographs of the grounds. His new home sits along a busy avenue in Pacific Palisades, which is an affluent neighborhood in Los Angeles. It is less than one mile from his other Pacific Palisades property. Although the location is busy, the house is set back from the street behind tall gates and is surrounded by mature trees that offer privacy and give the house a sense of seclusion. The main house measures 4,400-square-feet, and it boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sits on a lot of 0.63-acres of lush gardens. Within the grounds, there is a that is divided into two apartments, each of which has one bedroom and one bathroom. Both apartments also have their own kitchenette. Therefore, Cooper can offer guests a place to stay away from the main house.

The Grounds of the Pacific Palisades Estate

Thanks to the grounds being enclosed by sycamore and oak trees, the gardens are private and have the feeling of a forest in a park. There are also fruit trees dotted around the 0.63-acres of grounds between the grassy lawns. Splashes of color appear in the form of pretty flowers in terracotta plant pots that are positioned in various places around the garden. There is a large terrace area set up like an outdoor lounge with brightly colored furniture set on a large outdoor rug to the rear of the main residence. It is surrounded by shrubbery and flowers. Its position means that there is plenty of sunlight, unlike some other parts of the garden that are shaded due to the trees, although there are sun umbrellas set up if shade is preferred. One of the best features of the gardens is a stone-trimmed, lagoon-style outdoor swimming pool, next to which there is a paved area with furniture for lounging. A separate spa is discreetly hidden at one end of the garden behind the shed. Other features of the garden are a wooden cabin, stone pathways, benches, and a koi pond. To the property’s front, there is parking available at the end of the driveway in front of the house. There is also secure parking available for Cooper and his guests in the detached two-car garage.
