20 Photos of Miley Cyrus’ $5.8 Million Tennessee Home
Wildly popular 24-year-old pop singer, Miley Cyrus, recently purchased a gorgeous home in rural Franklin, Tennessee at 242 Arrowhead Road 37069, for a mere $5.8 million selling price. Originally listed at almost $6 million, property records show that the Williamson County property was sold to Miley in late July. According to the listing, the home offers a distinctively rustic modern aesthetic. It definitely has all that and then some. Its purely Southern-style features include a huge and very inviting wraparound porch, as well as a large sunroom that is not only screened-in but also sports an indoor porch swing!
Miley, the very talented daughter of “Achy Breaky Heart” country star, Billy Ray Cyrus, was actually raised on a Franklin farm that was 500-acres in size. She left there when she was just 11-years-old and headed out to Hollywood to start work on her hit Disney show, “Hannah Montana.” Although Miley has several other homes in California, she’s always expressed a longing for moving back to her home state of Tennessee and especially to Franklin, which is just outside of Nashville. And now, she’s back and in a really big way.
Her gorgeous new farm was constructed in 2014 and has 6,689 square feet with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths plus a three-car garage on 33+ acres. The long winding driveway from the road up to the home is about as amazing as you can possibly find anywhere. And, the house itself has a farmhouse style and homey feel that would make even HGTV’s Chip and Joanna Gaines jealous. The massive front porch is just as welcoming as it could possibly be. Surrounding mature trees give the entire place a Little House on the Prairie charm and provide plenty of shade as well. In addition, the view of this amazing farmhouse at night all lit up with warm glowing windows is truly unforgettable.
Nothing in the world can possibly give you the expansive feel of a piece of property like an aerial shot. And, this one of Miley’s new farm is truly amazing in its scope. Her 33+ acres are beautifully wooded and the property is just plain huge! In fact, the guest house at the end of the driveway is actually dwarfed by the sheer enormity of this piece of property. Even her massive farmhouse at almost 7,000 square feet looks small compared to this acreage.
