Thanks to having such a large backyard, Kris has more than enough room for her pool and this spacious sitting area. In here, Jeff worked to create an “old cabana” vibe. The striped black and white wall, made from tile and limestone, demands attention, even from far away, as long as the drapes are pulled to the side. For privacy and to keep a glare off the mounted TV, the draperies, made from Perennials Outdoor Fabrics, can be released. To make certain the chairs and couches are comfortable, they were fitted with cushions from Restoration Hardware. Finally, an antique table sits in the middle, directly below a chandelier and in front of the fireplace. Fresh flowers and oversized plants pull everything together.

Regardless of what you might think of her, after looking at the place Kris Jenner calls home, you have to admit that she amazing taste, right? This leads to a big question. Could you one day call this spectacular mansion home? Well, maybe.

Within the last week, Kris purchased another Hidden Hills mansion, which happens to be right across from Kim and Kanye’s house. The 9,400 sq. ft. house sits on just over an acre of land and includes six bedrooms, a game room, home theater, and swimming pool with spa. As of now, she plans to simply renovate the $9.925 million house before putting it back on the market.
