Transformers and Armageddon director Michael Bay is selling his Bel Air residence for 13.5 $million. The house was designed by Jack Warner in the 1970’s and was bought in 1999 for $5.16 million by Bay. Now, it is on sale, so if you have the amount of money I’ve mentioned earlier or if you just want to take a look and dream a little about this wonderful Los Angeles estate, check it out in the gallery below.

But take a minute for reading a short description, to know exactly what this luxurious residence has to offer to its future owner. The available living space comes close to 8000 square feet, holding four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a living room with an impressive fire-place, a family room, kitchen, dining room, theater, library and a wine cellar. The outside is also wealthy, offering a chic garden with a pool, a private spa and, of course, some splendid views.
