With a strong influence of the Spanish revival in its style, this house was decorated by the expert Meredith Baer. It managed to hit the real estate world, because it was sold at over $9 million. The location is indeed warm and welcoming, being situated in the Southern California, so having a beautiful garden was not hard to achieve at all.
Inside there’s a predominant contrast of black and white, giving it lots of elegance, with small accents of color in pillows, for example. The living room has a holiday spirit, as the place is revived by the small important touches, like the picture above the couch revealing the sea. On another hand, the office keeps an austere style, with massive furniture, really imposing.
The modern kitchen has an outstanding lighting, with lamps and candles hanging above the kitchen table. In the dining room, the candle lighting continues with a beautiful chandelier. The property impresses with its space, having more than 11,000 square feet, so there’s no wonder we find here 7 bedrooms and 8 baths.
And if you thought one fireplace was enough, the Spanish revival home has five of them. The master bedroom is designed in the same black and white contrast, having also an opening to the terrace outside, where canyon views reveal. Curtains were let go in the whole house, the designer putting an accent on the beautiful black frames of the windows and leaving the natural light abound the interior.
