Katy Perry’s New Home In Hollywood Hills
Katy Perry opts for a change. The pop singer recently bought three parcels of land in Hollywood Hills for $11.2 million and one of them included a mid-century modern home purchased for $3 million, previously owned by Max and Rebecca Weinberg.
This new home is quite different than the other Katy Perry’s residences, which are considered to be more traditional. This one has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and direct connection to the outdoor spaces including a swimming pool which comes to nicely complete the angular shaped roof. And with all the transparency, intimacy is not a problem, as the land surrounding the star’s home is large enough to make it almost lost in the picture.
The 2,916 square foot space includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms and it was originally built in 1953. Yet the home is equipped with all the modern technology it needs, including high-end appliances and features for the kitchen and bathrooms.
