Beloved Oscar-nominated actor Leonardo DiCaprio has recently purchased a new residence located in Palm Springs, California, offering $5.2 million for it. The estate previously belonged to Dinah Shore (a well known entertainer) and has been developed in 1964 by architect Donald Wexler. Also known as the “tennis estate”, the mansion has a surface of 7,022 square feet and offers a swimming pool, tennis court and a gym.

During its 50 years, the home has been renovated multiple times, receiving significant improvements while maintaining parts from its original look. DiCaprio is certainly going to be happy when having the possibility of admiring a gorgeous landscape every day, through the multitude of floor to ceiling glass walls that reveal the beautiful greenery and the imposing mountains.
