Sophisticated Konstancin House by Nasciturus Design

Konstancin-House-2

Somewhere near the capital of Poland, Warsaw, a 350 square meters Konstancin House by Nasciturus Design is the home of a four-person family. The household and common areas are gathered at the ground level, leaving the private areas, such as the bedrooms and the integrated bathrooms being more hidden upstairs.

The kitchen and the dining room seem to be bringing the drama, with powerful contrasts of dark and light colors, while the living room sets a more balanced tone, with light colors and elements that warm up the atmosphere, like the fireplace which simply seems to be inviting for conversation around that small table placed right in front.

The bedroom looks sophisticated due to the classic wallpapers, opulent curtains offering privacy, nice views to the garden and all the tones of beiges which fill the room with delight. It was thought that a practical and spacious bathroom was necessary, so the 20 square meters bathroom looks just marvelous, maybe even surpassing the rest of the house.
