Simple Yet Elegant Black And White Architecture Of Villa T

In Parma, Italy, Villa T rises as the proud project of Luca Rutelli from Atelier 35 Materia Creativa. The residence was completed in 2012 and it totally inspires a modern look defined by an exquisite architecture with well defined lines and a sublime elegance conferred by the black and white combination.

Do not question the refinement and luxury that this villa holds, as you will be amazed to find out that it features an elevator even though there are only two floors. Inside there are a lot of transparent surfaces. Besides the large windows covered in wood window blinds, the upper level features a glass floor on the other half of the living room that does not feature a double ceiling.

Earthy tones, minimal decoration, fine furnishings and exquisite artworks on the walls keep a sober appearance that is only loose in the kitchen, which seems more fun and brighter.
