SAOTA And OKHA Interiors For The Perfect Collaboration – Nettleton 198

SAOTA and OKHA Interiors gathered their forces for an incredible collaboration with the Nettleton 198 project as a result for a British couple that lives in Cape Town. It’s pretty incredible how imposing this residence is, having seven incredible levels and six bedrooms. The last level of the old building was demolished, making room for other two, while the rest of them were totally renovated.

With all the height given by the seven floors, the views to the site and mountain are just incredible. The mountain was the source of inspiration for the dark façade, as well, making the house integrate into the landscape, rather than appearing like a totally distinctive element that doesn’t take the surroundings into account.

From the open living room that looks more like a stylish terrace, a superb infinity pool that almost melts into the ocean. Interiors are sleek, dark, dramatic, with graphic elements that make the rooms look sophisticated.
