Rubi House From Barcelona Is Dominated By Black And White

If the colorful homes that I usually write about aren’t really getting to you, as you prefer black, white or gray shades for living places, well, I think you’ll enjoy the following piece of architecture. The residence is located in Rubi, Barcelona, Spain and has been developed by BETA OFFICE ARCHITECTS. The three storey residence stands on a 5,500 square feet spot and takes 3,090 from these for offering a cozy home to a family of four. The owners requested to have a home accessible for handicapped people and the result delivers, having the necessary ramps and an elevator. The Rubi house consists in the basement, ground floor and first floor, having two single bedrooms, a living room, dining, laundry, kitchen, two bathrooms, a double bedroom suite, a study, terrace and a dressing room.

Now, let’s get back to the black, white and gray color tones of the house that also dominate the interior and its fittings and furnishings. These are warmed up by the wooden staircase, neutral floors and also by the glass walls from the ground floor that allow natural light inside and open the place towards the outside swimming pool.
