Renovated Tribeca Loft Full Of Drama

Drama was added, besides other things, to this Tribeca loft, completely renovated by the New Zeeland team at Fearon Hay Architects. It is a great 5,900 square foot apartment, with a strong sense of openness and having lots of modern insertions. The 3.6 meters high ceiling must add something to this feeling of openness, as it brightens up the place, as well as the white abounding the walls and the beige in the floorings.

Curtains to separate spaces in the living room are an interesting approach, creating a more private area, isolated from the open kitchen and dining room. Natural light is let in through large windows, yet the drama I was mentioning at the beginnings is felt in the bedroom and in the bathroom due to darker colors used. We meet curtains, once again, but this time the bedroom and this time used for their main reason – for the windows.
