R1T Apartment At 80 Meters Above Ground Level

R1T-Apartment-1

In Tel Aviv, Paritzki & Liani Architects have designed the R1T Apartment on a volume with an L shape. It is situated at about 80 meters higher than ground, so anyone can imagine the beautiful perspective that it is offered from there. The main room is the living room.

Although it is very spacious, the furnishings are minimal, having only an interesting couch and a couple of chairs gathered around a small table, all facing the TV screen. The space doesn’t look that empty, as the floorings are covered with two traditional carpets, adding warmth and making this spot perfect for socializing and inviting to entertaining.

Besides the fact that waking up in the morning means having to see stunning city views through the glass wall facing the bed, the transparent feature continues in the bedroom, as the bathroom is practically attached to it and covered in glass, as well. But for the moments when the inhabitants need privacy, white curtains are there to solve the problem.
