Planalto House Has A Beautiful Architecture With Plenty Of Open Spaces

Planalto House by Flavio Castro is a beautiful residence in Sao Paolo. Being given the warm weather that characterizes Brazil at any time of the year, the many open spaces are explained and they come as the perfect addition. The house totals approximately 800 square meters and the architecture is represented by two perpendicular concrete volumes with metallic beams.

Besides the large courtyard with the stunning swimming pool placed right in the middle, at the upper level we find a lovely terrace arranged as the perfect lounge space. All the living areas are found at the ground level. Going up on a concrete staircase that seems to be floating, we reach the private bedroom area. And if the ground floor is covered by sliding glass doors, at the second floor intimacy is more important, so some sorts of window blinds appear. These all combine into a beautiful mix of contemporary touches, elegance and comfort.
