Novo Lima Is A Brazilian Art Expression

The green of the land on which this wonderful house in Brazil is built is perfectly contrasted with tones of white and wood. A project by Denise Macedo Arquitetos, Novo Lima is a source of inspiration – and not just because of the great views it offers, but because its interior walls (the only ones that have not been transformed into glass walls) are filled with art works.

The living room has a double height ceiling, enlarging the effect of transparency given by the floor to ceiling windows surrounding. Space is not a problem, so it might take you a while to cross the entire living room. An office space/little conference room is set in the same picturesque scenery, having even a telescope, for a more detailed view over the outdoor plan.

As I was been saying, this Brazilian home puts art on a pedestal. The finest choices can be admired in a small gallery with double height ceiling, where paintings are displayed.
