This pre-war loft in New York City was successfully renovated by Messana O’Rorke Architects and it is now listed for sale at $3,600,000. But before talking about numbers, let’s see what makes it so valuable, aside the fact that in The Big Apple. Its clean original look was pretty much preserved, as it would have been too bad to ruin the old dynamic of the apartment that makes it, after all, so special.

The interior is pretty much cream-colored and hosts a large living room with an integrated dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms that share one bathroom, each having its separate entrance. Instead of the ugly staircase that was there before the renovation, a lovely stunning staircase was set, making possible the access to the 1,000 square foot terrace with stunning city views, offering relaxation areas in a dreamy decor.
