Remodeled Multi Level House In Austin, Texas

Multi-Level-Home-14

This multi level house in Austin, Texas, was built in 1981 and at the present it is remodeled by Mell Lawrance Architects. The owners are a couple with three dogs, so space was necessary. But 2700 square foot space was enough to rethink everything. By getting rid of some interior walls, the architects were able to transform the house into a very welcoming and spacious one. For example, the kitchen has an opening to the dining room and living room, connecting very nice the three separate rooms.

As a remark, there are TVs everywhere you look, even the bedroom and kitchen, with comfortable seats to complete the entertainment zone. The room full of wines is impressive and for the passionate people, this could mean the world. In the kitchen and dressing room the furniture is made pretty much of wood. Otherwise, we can find metallic accents in the art studio that was added and large openings of aluminum for windows.

The overall feeling is that the house is luminous, modern and spacious enough to host a family that can add some members over the years, not only children, but pets as well.
