Manly Rox Residence Soften With Mild Elements

Shirley Meisels from MHouse Inc has designed the Rox Residence in Toronto for a bachelor. The space tries to incorporate the needs of the client, along with his personality. Right at the entrance there’s open access to the dining room, having a steel bench as a visual divider between the two spaces.

Moving along, on the right side there’s the open kitchen, continuing with a bright living area, where it feels like a zone of contrasts: the manly black leather chair versus the floral carpet, the harsh grey concrete wall versus the mild burning fireplace.

Going up on the glass staircase, we find the master bedroom and the impressive master closet. As the client travels a lot, he needed space to pack and store laundry. The room is equipped even with a TV and the black and white combination is accentuated by a yellow chair. The chandelier is also impressive and it’s worth to be noted, because it adds even more elegance.
