Luxury By The Sea: Parthenon Place Residence

In North Vancouver, Canada, Parthenon Place Residence is the luxury residence anyone would like to have by the sea. Designed by California-based firm Schmidt Architecture, the home inspires pretty much a luxurious living style. From the moment you see the entrance, you realize that beyond that front door there’s something more than the simple facade shows.

And that is true, as inside we see some sunny rooms, with a contemporary design that simply catches anyone’s eyes. The living area has a semi-circle shaped white couch facing the floor to ceiling windows that is completed by a one of a kind coffee table made of three tree trunks and by a marvelous lighting object that hangs from the double height ceiling.

Besides the formal dining room which includes two superb fireplaces and a wine selection, there is an outdoor living area that connects with the indoor kitchen. And every single room is completed by beautiful views over the sea and natural vegetation.
