Luxury Demonstration From $7.95 Million Worth Herman House

Henman-House-11

Herman House was built in 1993 by Edward Niles and it is spread on a seventeen acres property in Malibu. Being placed so high, there is no problem in overlooking the Pacific Ocean, offering such a beautiful view to enjoy. The house totals 5,904 square foot space, including three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

From the luxury features which add value to the selling price of $7.95 million, the impressive swimming pool can be mentioned, easily topped by a helipad used as a driving range, too, and a parking spot big enough to host twenty-five cars. It looks kind of impressive, doesn’t it?

But as much as I try to describe this house in words, the photos speak louder. The interiors are a demonstration of luxury, style and elegance. And seeing how the dynamic and look of the rooms are so influenced by the weather outside reflected through the impressive glass walls surrounding the house, it makes us believe it’s a chameleon house.
