Lower Foxtail Residence Is The Elegant Touch In The Mountains

Lower Foxtail Residence designed by Reid Smith Architects is part of the a residential club and ski resort called Yellowstone Club, located in Big Sky, Montana. Like any other mountain residence, dark tones predominate, creating a warm and cozy interior to fight the cold weather outside.

More than that, the wall facing the South is completely made out of glass, so that it captures the most beautiful mountain views. The living room is simply inspiring. The L shaped dark brown leather couch faces both the glass wall capturing the superb exterior landscape and the superb large fireplace warming the atmosphere.

Each bedroom is modernly and elegantly designed, enjoying the same magnificent views as the living spaces. Attention to details is very clear and we can totally see the designers’ weakness for sophisticated lighting objects that we find above the dining table, in the kitchen, bedrooms and even bathrooms.
