Enjoy The View From Lima Residence In Calabasas

Lima-Residence-1

Lima Residence is a beautiful project in Calabasas, Los Angeles, designed by Abramson Teiger Architects. This contemporary home combines the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape, with the modernity given by the imposing house, gathering the main building, a garage and a guest room which are separated by a courtyard. There’s that scent of new in every little corner of the house, in every piece of decoration or furniture.

The owners decide how much intimacy they want. For example, the kitchen and the dining room have sliding doors, so that any time they want to separate everything from them, these doors close any connection. In the living room, the area is privileged with a wonderful view outside, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. Wood and metallic accents merge in a perfect ambiance, reinforcing the contemporary idea on which stays at the basis of the house.

To compliment the view even more, the swimming pool is placed parallel to the house and it can easily be distinguished that perfect blue water. As a whole, Lima Residence has no flaws. Geometry plays an important role, as everything seems to be in a perfect order.
