Inspirational Modular Office By ASUL

Modular-Office-1

ASUL in collaboration with clients Celestino Piralla and Cornelia Stumpf has designed this Additional Dwelling Unit on a property in Savannah, Georgia, serving as a cool modular office. The structure is elevated above the level ground, as FEMA has placed the area into the category of flood zones. But that doesn’t spoil the construction at all, but, on the contrary, it offers a more beautiful perspective over the outdoor spaces from the small terrace setting.

The interior inspires calmness, being abounded by natural light. Work becomes a little less stressful, with two desks ready for serve the people that use them. But that’s not all, as the space can also be used as a relaxation spot. Sitting comfortable at the small round table and reading a book chosen from the well organized bookcase while taking a peek to the outdoor landscape through the floor-to-ceiling window is a delight.
