Ikibana Paral Restaurant Was Inspired By Japanese And Brazilian Cultures

Ikibana-Paral-Restaurant-3

Inspired by Japanese and Brazilian cultures, the architectural firm El Equipo Creativo has completed this wonderful restaurant project located in Barcelona, Spain, in 2012. The place is called Ikibana Paral Restaurant, it spreads on 2,800 square feet and it has a modern appearance, with a definitely unique style.

The tables look like tears and three or four tables are gathered around a circular wood bench covered with soft pillows for a comfortable sitting. If the exterior matches the architectural approach of the city, the interior is completely spectacular. From the wood tangled stripes from the ceiling, to the decorative elements that hang above the bar, there are few usual decorative objects.

The windows are doubled with some glass stripes that obstruct the view from outside and along with the diffuse light from inside, there’s an intimate atmosphere created. This way, it feels right to have a beautiful romantic dinner here, as well as a nice family reunion in a quiet and warm environment.
