House In Palabritas Beach Celebrating The Summer

Metropolis created the House in Palabritas Beach, celebrating the summer. It’s a 2,475 square foot residence and it’s all you can hope for from a beach house. First of all, the part facing the beach starts with a small lovely swimming pool. The white interior and exteriors are contrasted with only red accents.

The architecture is very simple. A single storey in a box elevated from the ground, rounded edges and lights strategically placed to give a glow at night make it look special. The living and dining room are connected to the terrace by sliding glass doors, capturing the beach landscape and the sunset.

Also, the master bedroom was placed so that it faces the ocean. The rest of the bedrooms and the family room were hidden from the public eye, as the house is pretty exposed. To accomplish that, the solution was developing a patio inside, situated on a lower level.
