House 04 Has A Great Nature Inspired Design

The beautiful region of Osijek from Croatia holds a beautiful residence designed by Helena Alfirevic Arbutina which is known by the name of House 04. This house isn’t the type that goes unnoticed when you pass by it, as it has a peculiar shape that reminds me of a snail, having a big curved volume linked with two smaller ones on each of its sides.

Starting with the smaller ones, we have the bedrooms and the garage in one wing, the big one holds the living places and kitchen and the third is the children’s territory. The home is extremely spacious and stylish, opening itself to a large courtyard through its big floor to ceiling glass walls. The shapes and ondulations from the outside continue on the interior, which has a curvy staircase that offers a great touch of style to the overall indoors appearance. Wood is also an important accessory that defines the home, matching nicely with the neutral color palette and other earth-inspired accessories, such as an interesting rug that resembles with a carpet made of stones.
