High Quality Elements And Amazing Sights At Maison MPB

I stand in awe while admiring the views that delight the owners of Maison MPB, a residential project developed in 2012 by Ralph Germann Architects which is located in Fribourg, Switzerland. The pleasure of living there must be hard to be described in words, you’ll see what I’m talking about when checking it out from the pictures in the gallery from below.

This modern alpine house belongs to a couple that desired to have a residence in a wonderful environment, surrounded by nature and mountains, but also requested the team of architects to develop a home that could easily welcome 20 people inside. The home is defined by three elements of design: larch, concrete and lime. It respects its surroundings through its eco-friendly heating system that is based on a wood pellet stove. The cheerful and warm looking home also impresses through its high quality fittings and furnishings, as some of them were custom built and look amazing. Your eyes will also be caught by an imposing wall sculpture made from Corten steel that is 35m long and a high fireplace. The home is provided with a spa and a swimming pool, which are located in the basement.
