Harold Way – A Bachelor’s Pad Showing Off The Hollywood Glam

We’re no strangers of the work of Whipple Russell Architects, and we are delighted with one marvelous project again. High on the Hollywood Hills, sleek Harold Way was built for a bachelor. It totally catches the glam of Hollywood, even through the owner is not someone famous.

It was preferred to put the public spaces at the floor plan, to provide unobstructed views over the shining lights below. The living area gets a nice dynamic, as it is centered upon a white fireplace. Next to the kitchen, the dining room is another area of interest due to the modular modern table, which looks very comfortable and hides into a cube when not in use.

As the client’s car was his artwork, the architects made sure they build a space near the living room where he can park his jewelry. Downstairs, there’s the master suite and theater room. A stunning glass wall provides the most amazing views right from the bed. There was no need for design tricks, as simplicity is best accessory to go with the whimsical landscape.
