Dream Tour Through A Malibu Apartment

Malibu-Residence-9

Oh, Malibu! The place lots of us secretly dream about spending the rest of our lives in a beach house. But, apparently, some people live in apartments that more likely have a city/buildings view, than an ocean view. Fernanda Marques Arquitetos Associados was the studio to handle the interior design of a luxurious duplex apartment in Malibu. The staircase and the elevator were made out of clear glass to obtain a connection between the lower floor and the upper one, including as well the outside area hosting a superb swimming-pool as a glass box.

The living room radiates due to the pale colors and natural light coming through the windows. If downstairs everything inspires luxury, combining colors and different art pieces, upstairs we find the master bedroom with a view towards the pool, a gym and a high-tech family home-theater, ready to entertain the dwellers. The bathroom takes the classic concept to the next level, transforming it into a genuine spa sanctuary and enforcing the idea of transparency. Ocean view or no ocean view at all, it doesn’t matter anymore. This Malibu apartment is definitely a complex mix of great things to make the viewers sigh.
