Design studio YLAB Arquitectos in Barcelona completed the renovation of an apartment situated in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, Spain. The idea was conceived for a single family and the result is shown below, being a success. A general feeling of clean and fresh hits your senses from the first time you see it. Light, earthy colors, contemporary elements and a little bit of something to make it a home are several keywords to describe the work done there.
The living room, bedroom and kitchen, they all look marvelous, but the bathroom makes a statement thru its simplicity. It isn’t a regular bathroom, it’s more like a place to meditate, being surrounded only by white. The young and modern approach definitely changed the spirit of this dashing renovated apartment, offering space to hang out with friends or privacy and even work space in a well-balanced and serene environment.
