Cresta Residence Is The Real Dream Home

Cresta-Residence-1

The aesthetic is very important almost everywhere. And talking about houses, there is nothing that makes us feel better than a lovely architecture and an inviting interior, because, after all, a home is the place that each one of us returns to every time. The Cresta Residence from La Jolla, California, states perfectly the ideal picture of a home. Designed by Jonathan Segal FAIA, the 5,300 square foot residence appeals visually and in terms of comfort.

Transparency must be the key in this project, as floor to ceiling windows replace some of the exterior walls, while the open to outdoor plan continues to a concrete terrace surrounded by a water feature. And as much as simple is the concrete architecture, we just can’t take our eyes off it because of the impressive look inspiring a refined luxury feeling. It is a very contemporary approach and it can easily become one’s dream house.
