Chancellor’s Residence Sure Looks Like An Imposing Mansion

The chancellor of the North Caroline State University sure has a lovely home to be proud of. And it is not only lovely, as it is expensive, too. The Chancellor’s Residence measures 8,500 square feet and it is evaluated at $3.5 million. Dean Marvin Malecha and Design Lines were responsible for this project that they turned it into a quite an attraction.

The two storey mansion looks pretty imposing both on the outside and inside. The brick facade sure fits into the autumn scenery, but can sure look good in any season. Inside, as we expected, it’s a classic modern design. Large rooms, exquisite furniture, neutral tones, several bookcases and even a place near the fireplace, where one can enjoy the company of others or simply relax by himself, reading a good book, hearing the intriguing sound of the wood that crackle in the fire.
