Casa P12 Delights Its Inhabitants With Some Lovely Views Over The Landscape

Casa P12 is a residential project designed and completed in 2012 by Martin Dulanto Architect. It is situated in a province from the southern Lima Region, in Peru, called Canete. The home seems to be dedicated to offering its inhabitants some generous views over the surrounding greenery, as its main living areas are defined by an open plan design that allows nature to come inside and delight everyone with its beauty.

The house is organized in cube-shaped structures and consists in three important areas: the first storey holds a master bedroom that has a private bathroom, a main living and a secondary one, a guest bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room. The basement contains three bedrooms and bathrooms for each one, another living room and some other utility areas. The spacious and coquette terrace holds the swimming pool and several areas for lounging and enjoying quality moments. The design of the home is very warm and modern, being dominated by the use of natural materials, such as wood, concrete and glass.
